5 minute workout for busy people



A lot of people don't workout because they can't find the time. I love searching up 5 minute or short workouts. I'll either do a few if I have time, or just 1 if I'm in a rush. 5 minutes of exercise is better than nothing, right? I am in no way a fitness instructor or anything like that. This is just for fun to get up and moving for 5 minutes. There is also NO equipment required! Feel free to do this or not, I just thought I share it simply for fun!
