My Swimsuit Collection

I am a bit obsessed with swimsuits which is odd, since I very rarely swim. I don't live near any bodies of water. Well, any nice bodies of water. I really only swim when I go on vacay maybe once a year. When I do swim, I love it! When taking these photos, I realized I have way more swimsuits than I thought. I bought 3 new tops and 1 new bottom this year. I would like a few more bottoms options, but that's for another day. I am quite content with what I've got.

This is one of my new tops from Ardene. It's quite Triangl inspired. It is most similar to this one but not quite an exact match to any of them which I enjoy! This fits me perfectly and was only $10!

This is also a new one from Ardene. This fits me amazingly as well and was $10 too! (2 for $20). I love the neon purple and the Victoria's Secret inspired style.

Finally the last new $10 top from Ardene. This one doesn't fit as perfectly but it fits well enough. I love the pattern but don't really have bottoms to match.

Here's two more from past years. The striped one it from Simon's. I got it on major clearance for $1.99! I clearly got what I paid for since it started major piling after only 3ish times of wearing it. It's really cute though!
The black top is from H&M and it is much too big for me. I remember it being around $20 I believe, not completely sure.

The navy top is from Walmart and actually fits quite nice, I like it!
The ruffled one is from Target and it's cute! It comes with a strap but it can be strapless.

These are my absolute favorite bottoms from Target. They fit so well and are a stunning bright mint green shade.

These one's are from H&M. They are slightly too big but not really noticeable. These ones are okay, but not my fave.

I have this black pair from Target. I got it during their liquidation and didn't try them on. They fit except they are super baggy in the butt, which isn't flattering.

To replace those, I got this simple black pair from Walmart for like $5.

These are also from Walmart but I'm a bit nervous to wear them since they are cheap, white and quite possibly see through. maybe I'll wear them if I'm not in public.

The final pair are also from Walmart. I don't like these, they are a very awkward rise and just don't fit right.

Those are all of my swimsuits! As you can see, I like to go for the cheaper options.

ootd ~ sunny

I got this new top from Boathouse in Niagara Falls and I really love it! It is so bright and summer-y. I got it in a size to large so I'm hoping it will shrink in the wash. I wanted to play around with styling it a bit so I decided to share and OOTD!

The top is, as I said, from Boathouse, quit possibly my new favorite store.
Pants: Aeropostale

That's really about it! Happy Monday! (if there is such thing)

I really hope you enjoy!

I think the all black theme of this outfit really makes the floral pop. I love this top, it's a great statement and screams Spring!

For evening or colder days, I like to toss on a cardi!

Subtle St. Patrick's

I thought it would be fun to do a super simple St. Patrick's day post. It's one of the lesser holidays that isn't super exciting so I thought I'd share a few ways to subtly add green to your look. These ideas are great for an effortless look. So if you're looking for a way to add a subtle hint of green to your look, keep on reading!

Green Accessories

These pale green, heart-shaped studs from Call it Spring are the perfect, simple accessory to a plain outfit.

This bright green bracelet by Lia Sophia is a bold yet subtle statement piece.

If you're looking to add only the super slightest touch of green to your outfit, go for a piece of jewelry with a tiny hint of green. Floral pieces, like this necklace from Target, often have small hints of green.

Green Makeup

Green makeup can seem super intimidating but it doesn't have to be! Try a metallic olive liner like this one by Annabelle. Smudging it above your lash line can draw attention to your eyes while also incorporating a bit of green.

You can also try the same shade in an eyeshadow. This olive shadow by Tarte looks great lightly blending into the crease or smudged on the lower lash line.

Tops

This floral tank (from Winners) effortlessly incorporates green. Add a chunky cardi, some black pants and you're set!

The subtle shade of green in this (American Eagle) baseball tee goes perfect for a casual look. Throw on some jeans, sneakers and head out.

This cozy sweater from Urban Outfitters has thin stripes of mint green throughout it. It's perfect for a cooler climate.

If you're looking to go super simple, try a black tank (Winners) with a green accessory or 2!

Bottoms

These cropped leggings from Lululemon have subtle mint green stripes at the bottom. By wearing a bit of green in your pants, it draws even less atention.

Those are all of my ideas for an effortlessly green St. Patrick's day! Enjoy :)

Workout Wear

When it comes to workout clothing, I'm fairly picky. For one thing it must be comfortable. if it's not comfortable what's the point? I also enjoy pieces that are cute and not just boring. I've done a few fashion posts in the past year or so so I thought I'd share some of my favorite workout pieces. I have a fairly small selection of workout clothes but I really love them! Maybe as my collection grows I'll do a little look book or something. Enjoy!

First off, shorts! I would much rather workout in shorts than in leggings. Leggings are great, but shorts are my top choice. They allow everything to breath and they don't trap any heat. These lightweight shorts from Forever 21 are perfect since they match with anything. They were only around $20 and so far they've lasted me about a year in great condition. These shorts have a little pocket perfect for a key.

I also love these New Balance shorts. They are super bright and fun. These are very comfortable but the downside it trying to match. These are also very breathable and these too have a little pocket. I found these at Winners for about $20 as well.

I don't really have a ton of workout tops. I can never seem to find ones that I really like. I found this 90 Degree by Reflex top at Winners for only $10! It's a great power color and it surprisingly matches the blue shorts. This tank is also very breathable and lightweight. It's racer back so it fits with my sports bra.

I never expected much from this bra since it doesn't have padding but I love it! I found it on sale at PINK for only $12! It's a really cute pattern and it is so comfortable. The straps don't dig in anywhere and it doesn't trap sweat. I would definitely love to get some more colors of this.

Those are my top 4 favorite workout pieces!
