I showed this gloss in my San Diego haul a while ago. I picked it up at CVS for about $5. I have a few other NYX glosses and this shade is my new favorite! It's a perfect shade for summer. It almost a mix of cherry and coral with a hint of shimmer. It smells like cherry candy and isn't too sticky.

NYX Bohème Chic Palette
I picked up this palette a while ago from Target on major clearance. It was originally $18, but it was on clearance for $5.99! There were many other NYX palettes, but this was the one that appealed most to me.
It contains 24 eyeshadows and 2 blushes. There are 18 Neutral shade in the top compartment and 6 earthy, bohemian tones in the bottom compartment A few of the shadows at the bottom actually have quite some shimmer.
The packaging is very sleek and totally looks high end.
It has a large mirror which is great for doing your makeup in.
The bottom slides out the reveal the blushes, eyeshadows, and applicators.
I really like the blush colors they selected for this palette. They are very different from each other and they're completely matte. The shadows have a very unique shape They're in between a square and a circle.
The shadows are 0.04 oz or 1.2 g. The blushes are 0.13 oz or 3.8 g.
Here's just a few random swatches to show to pigmentation. Some shadows are more pigmented than the others. Over all, I expected more from these shadows. They show up faintly on your eyelid although you can build up the color. Some of the lighter colors hardly show up at all, but some of the darker colors such as the dark brown in the photo are very pigmented!
If you're looking for some good quality, matte shadows, I wouldn't recommend this as a first choice but it is a more affordable option.
I like the variety of neutral shades in the palette but I don't find myself reaching for this often.
I hope you enjoyed this review, and that it was somewhat helpful!
Thanks for reading, bye!

Nails of the Day! (NYX "Paris")
Hey guys! Due to my schedule of posting every 3 days, I wasn't set up to post on Monday so instead of a Mani monday, I'm just doing a Nails of the Day! Anyways, today I'm wearing the color Paris by NYX which is a gorgeous blue toned pink! I really like the formula, it was really creamy and opaque. the brush was really big and a little difficult to work with but it ended up ok.
Hope you enjoyed :)
Bye!

NYX Matte Lip Cream Review! (Give a Little Love 3 Piece Set)
Hey there!
NYX is one of my favorite makeup brands, and I'm constantly buying more products. A few weeks ago, I found this trio of matte lip creams at Target! It was the last one of the shelf and the price was unmarked. I've had my eye on it since before Christmas, but I was holding out for it to go on sale from $15. When I priced checked it, it was only $7.50! I was super happy and I've been trying them out for a while now.
Antwerp: Orange coral
Addis Ababa: Bright Fushia
Tokyo: Pale creamy pink

It's a bit smaller than an average lip gloss tube. It has a matte black top which is a nice touch, and an opaque bottle showing the color of the product.
The NYX site says: "Neither lipstick nor lip gloss, this matte lip cream is a new kind of lip color that goes on silky smooth and sets to a matte finish. Soft Matte Lip Cream is surprisingly durable and, unlike some matte lipstick formulas, also moisturizing."
These retail for around $6-10 depending on where you go.
I have mixed opinions on them. The color payoff is great! It's 100% opaque and matte. they glide on smoothly and are really easy to apply.
I don't like the fact that they are a bit drying after about 5 minutes and they settle into the lines of my lips. They also transfer very easily. These are pretty long-wearing, which is great if that's what you're lookis for but these jsut weren't for me.
I'll continue to use them, but I don't think I'll buy anymore.
Hope this helps! BYE =)

Blogmas 2013: Day 28! NYX Eyeshadow Review
I love the packaging of these, it's a tinier version of their blush packaging! They contain 0.11 oz or 3.0g and come in over 160 shades. They retail for about $4.50 depending on the store. Most of the shadows I own are very pigmented!
The 3 shadows on the left are all extremely pigmented, however Hollywood is very chalky and powdery; very difficult to use.
I would definitely recommended these shadows, although the quality within colors is hit or miss.
These shadows are very smooth and blendable!
That's all!
Bye!

Blogmas 2013: Day 13! NYX Loose Pearl Eyeshadow (pigment) Review
Hey!
Today I wanted to do a review on something I posted about a long time ago, the NYX Loose Pearl Eyeshadows!
You can check that out here!
I've been using these pigments (or loose eyeshadows) for almost a year now, and I don't know why I haven't reviewed them yet!
These retail for around $2.99 and contain 0.06 fl. oz. Compared to a MAC pigment which has 0.26 fl. oz. I think The size of the Nyx pigments is perfect. I don't use pigments every day so I would never use up anything bigger than this. There are a few different types of these. I have Ultra Pearl Manias and Glitter Manias. I prefer the pearl finish. The product is way less messy, and easier to apply.
Left: Ultra Pearl Mania. Right: Glitter Mania.
These can be messy to work with and I find the best way to use them is dip a brush in and tap it off (a lot) on the inside of the lid. I also love dipping the brush in water and then applying it because it makes it last longer and gives it an eyeliner effect.
Left to right: Mocha Pearl, Silver Pearl, White Pearl, Pearl, Jade Pearl, Disco Ball, Hot Pink.
As you can see, the glitters don't show up as well as the pearl finishes. The glitter needs to be built up or used with water or some sort of makeup setting product.
My favorite shade is Jade Pearl. I love adding a pop of color to a boring eye-look!
These shadows are super blend-able and build-able. They're also super pigmented hence the term pigments ! ;) They pack on a lot of color, which is great if that's what you're looking for.
I hope this reveiw helps, and thanks for reading!

Huge Nyx Sale Haul
So today I found a HUGE nyx sale at the drugstore. There were 2 boxes full of lip glosses, pigments, and eye shadows. These products are usually $6-10 each. The glosses and shadows were on sale for $1.96 and the pigments were $1.56! I scooped up a bunch and here it is!
As you can see, I went a little overboard... Some of these however are gifts for friends. For myself, I got 2 lip glosses, 4 eye shadows, and 7 pigments, the rest are for friends.
Here are the names of the eye shadows in the same order as the photo above. I'm not going to write them all out since there are so many I just hope you can read the names.
These were the only colors of lip glosses left. I got a sparkly red/brown (plum) and a shimmery light pink (gold mauve).
And finally, here are the names of most of the pigments, for some reason the photo got cut off.
That's all for today, Bye!
