Physicians Formula Nude Wear Blush ~ Review!

Physicians Formula is a brand I've never tried anything from before. I always overlook it at the drugstore but after trying this blush I received for my Birthday, I think I'll take a look next time. Their products always intimidate me with the price but I think it would be worth it to splurge once in a while.

The blush retails for $15.99 but Physicians Formula often has sales. 

The packaging is too cute to pass up! The colors and the bow make it so girly. 

There are 4 different shades with a shimmery topcoat on the letters.

One thing I didn't realize was that the shimmer was just a top coat and it rubbed off with one swipe. I was a little disappointed, but oh well.

When I took the photos, I swatched it with the shimmer so the swatch isn't true to color.

The blush is meant to be a sheer wash off color for a Bare Skin Effect (quoted from their website).

This isn't for someone who likes dramatic bright blush but it's great for everyday wear! This is perfect for me because it's nearly impossible to go overboard on blush. It wear well and looks so natural. The colors mixed together give a very natural pink flush to the cheeks.

OVERALL: 

Packaging: 9.5/10! (It's a bit bulky)

Price: 6.5/10

Lasting Power: 8/10

Color payoff: It's sheer but it's meant to be.

Blend-ability: 9/10

Would I repurchase?: Most likely!

Would I recommend?: YES!

Top 5 Face Products!

Hello Everyone! 

Since I've already posted my Top 5 Eye Products, I thought why not continue and show my Top 5 Face Products!

I think face makeup really ties together the whole makeup look with a flawless complexion. These are my Top 5 "holy grail" face products!

I chose a variety of products from foundation to bronzer!

1: COVERGIRL 3 IN 1 FOUNDATION
My first face essential is the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 Foundation. This is my current favorite foundation! It blends effortlessly and it has great coverage. It also doesn't make you look super shiny but it's not exactly matte.

2: MAYBELLINE FIT ME CONCEALER
The next thing is the Maybelline Fit Me concealer. This is one of my new found loves and it works great under the eyes. It brightens your under-eyes and blends really easily.

3: BENEFIT WATT'S UP HIGHLIGHTER
I do only have a sample of this, but I still really love the product. It's the perfect shimmery champagne color which adds a gorgeous glow to your face.

4: NYX BLUSH PEACH
The NYX blush in peach is such a universal shade that goes with nearly any makeup look.  It's a bright pink color and it adds a natural-looking flush

5: NYC SUNNY BRONZER
I don't wear bronzer often, but when I do I really like this one. It's matte and it's really easy to blend.

Review: The Body Shop Blush!

Hey there, I'm back with another review for today!

I've been trying quite a few new blushes lately so I thought I'd share this one with you. 

It's almost a mix between a blush and a highlighter. It's very shimmery and there are two shades. One is a bright rosey pink and the other is a pale coral. They swirl together to create a natural looking flush. 

It's in the shade coral and I actually found it on clearance for $2 marked down from $22. I'm always up for a good bargain!

This applies really well and is really easy to blend out. It looks like you just came out of the cold which is good if that's what you're going for. It's fairly pigmented and it lasts for a while. The shimmer isn't overpowering and it gives a nice glow. I do really like this and would definitely consider trying other shades.
