Hello Everyone!
I'm back with yet another review! This time, I'm reviewing the Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue collection. They aren't very new anymore, but they are fairly recent. I also don't have every color but I'll review what I do have. I found these at various places such as CVS & Target, but I'm seeing them nearly anywhere makeup is sold!
Enjoy!
I have Soothing Sorbet, Berry Soft, and Just Peachy.
Disclaimer: I did receive Soothing Sorbet as a Christmas gift.
The packaging is similar to original Baby Lips, the tube is white and the writing is similar to each shade.

Soothing Sorbet is a bright cherry red color with a hint of pink. Berry Soft is more of a mauve/purple /pink, It's very unique and hard to explain! Just Peachy is a peachy-nude. None of these have shimmer or glitters.

One thing I notice that is different from original Baby Lips is that the Dr. Rescue line doesn't have as much shine. They aren't quite matte but the shine does seem reduced.
As usual, they are sheer and offer a light wash of color. The most pigmented of the 3 in my opinion is Berry Soft.
They also are a medicated lip balm, meaning they are supposed to give extra hydration. They do tingle on my lips and taste minty, but I didn't notice a difference in moisture. These didn't do anything extravagant for my lips but they do offer a range of pretty colors. I have to say I prefer original Baby Lips because I don't love the tingling feeling.
These retail for around $4 at most drugstores.
I hope this was helpful!
Bye!
xx
I would definitely agree with you, although they are suppose to be super moisturizing and good for chapped lips, it really didn't help me. The colors are nice, I have berry soft and have gotten compliments on the shade. Lovely post.
